How billing is proceeded?

Commotrack is a SaaS (Software as a Service). It means, that services are provided by subscription method. The Client is billed monthly, while the Vendor provides access to the Service, technical support, product development and consulting.

Key features of subscription:

  • No need to pay full large amount for License – it’s small partial payments every month
  • Client is not alone with the product – the Vendor consults, supports and maintain the product.
  • No need to have full-time technical employees to keep servers up-to-date – it all Vendor’s job
  • Always is a possibility to make a break is use, without any expenses.

What are the guarantees of our data security?

Briefly:

  • Commotrack is a system with limited access for every company, where all user’s actions are logged.
  • All data is kept in secured data centers on a virtual servers (or Client’s servers, conditionally), which are 24\7 up-time
  • The data is backup-ed every day and could be sent directly to a customer to ensure he will have backup on each day on his own server
  • Flexible distribution of User’s permissions guarantees that you data will be accessible for only users, which have permission for it.
  • Our company IS NOT interested in client’s data trading: our business is providing our services, not data trading. In the other case – we would be out of market very soon.

Why Commotrack is better than Excel

How much time does it take to implement Commotrack

Integration is being performed in few steps:

1) You fill out the Integration form, which will help us to customize the system for your company.
2) We feed Commotrack with your custom data: commodities, qualities, email and docs templates
3) We will show and educate how to use the program for each of your departments
4) You begin to enter your own information. You can easily import your database of counterparties or export data from our program into formats that can be read by the accounting software.
5) We are finalizing or change functionality, if it is necessary, to perfectly fit your needs.
6) After this step, the implementation process is completed. Typically, the duration of all cycle takes from several days to several months, depending on the company size and complexity of the business processes.

What will happen if the founders stop working on the product?

A fairly common question that we hear on a demo, we will answer it here:

First of all, it must be said that Commotrack has more than one founder, and besides them and the C-level there are also Advisors of the project, i.e. people who regularly participate in the life of Commotrack helping with advices and recommendations.

If we assume that one of them will not be able to fulfill their duties – there are all the others and the project will continue to live and expand, regardless of one person.

Secondly, we love our product, we work only on it and we want to become the standard for CTRM systems, expand our presence in the international arena. For us it is not just a business, we have been living with this product since 2015 and are not interested in leaving it.
